All Commodore products come with our commitment to quality and our limited warranty protection.

What IS Covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship
- Component failure during normal use
- Factory defects
What is NOT Covered
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Damage from power surges or incorrect voltage
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear (keyboard keys, drive belts)
- Software issues or user errors
- Consumables (ribbons, disks, paper)
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Locate your original purchase receipt (required)
- Call 1-800-COMMODORE to describe the problem
- You may be asked to try troubleshooting steps first
- If repair is needed, you will receive an RMA number
- Ship to our service center or visit an authorized dealer
Proof of Purchase
Acceptable proof of purchase includes:
- Original store receipt with date
- Credit card statement showing purchase
- Dealer invoice
- Registration card (if you mailed it in)
Lost your receipt?
If you registered your product, we have your purchase date on file. Call us and we can look it up by serial number.

Extend your coverage! The Commodore Protection Plan extends your warranty to a full 2 years for just $49.95. Available at purchase or within the original warranty period.
